• On any porous, such as pre-cast concrete walls, it will prevent algae growth and subsequent discoloration. On raw plaster surfaces, it will dramatically improve the adhesion and coverage of decorative paints.
• Always begin treating the surface from the highest point, working downwards.
• Immediately apply a second coat onto the still wet first coat, also working from the top down.
• Wipe off any overspray on glass surfaces as well as window & door frames.
• Be aware of wind direction during spray application.
• To ensure second coat penetration, apply when first coat is still wet.To achieve maximum penetration, avoid treating surfaces while warm and exposed to full sunlight.
• Do not apply onto wet surfaces.
• Do not apply prior to cementitious coatings.
• Clean up with warm soapy water.
• Do not apply if rain is imminent.
