Do I have to sign up to shop?

Yes, this will also help you keep track of your previous purchases and on-the-go orders.

What information will I need to supply to buy online?
  • You’ll need to have a valid email address 
  • You’ll need to supply your contact information as well as a delivery address
  • You need to be 18 years or older
How do I recover my password?

Navigate to the ‘My Account’ page and click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link or click here. Enter the email address that you used for registration and wait for a password reset email to be sent to your inbox.

How do I navigate the online store?

You can use the menu provided to search products by categories or, alternatively, you can search for the product directly by using the search bar.

Can I save my basket and continue shopping at a later date?

Yes, if you have logged into your account while shopping, your order will be saved to your profile and you can continue shopping at a later stage.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY RELATED QUESTIONS

Can I collect the product in-store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. 

 Products are shipped from our warehouse and not a Mica store closest to you. You can use the website to see if the store closest to you has the product in stock and shop in-store if you’d prefer. 

How do I know when I can collect the product in-store?

We do not offer an in-store collection.

How do I change the store where I want to collect the product from?

We do not offer in-store collection as all products are shipped from our warehouse and not a Mica store closest to you. 

Do you deliver for online purchases?

Yes, delivery is currently the only way to receive your online purchases.

Can I track my purchase?

Yes, you can track the progress of your order through the ‘My Account’ page and our delivery partner will also send you updates via SMS/email.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance from major cities to the delivery address you have used, as well as the weight of your total order.

How do I change my delivery address?

This can be done on the ‘My Account’ page or upon checkout when completing your order.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver all over South Africa. 

 Please note that outlying areas will be delivered to at a higher delivery cost. Please check your delivery costs when checking out. A delivery address will need to be supplied to get an accurate cost

Which products cannot be returned?
  • Products customised to your specifications
  • Personalised items
  • Items damaged by lightning or any other act of nature
  • Products not used in terms of the product’s user manual or purposefully damaged
  • Items that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Can I buy on layby?

Unfortunately, this is not currently offered online.

How do I make payment?

Navigate to your cart and use the checkout option to complete the payment using one of the supplied methods.

Can I still make a purchase, if I don’t have a credit card?

We offer a debit and EFT purchase facility online.

How do I get a refund?

Please navigate to our refund/returns form here, fill out all the relevant details and one of our helpful support staff will be in contact with you.

What if my payment fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, you’ll need to try again.

If your bank doesn’t support online purchases with your current payment method, you’ll need to try a different payment method to complete your order.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

At this stage, we accept Credit cards and Cheque cards.

Do promotions apply to the online store?

Not unless otherwise stipulated, printed and social media advertised promotions are only applicable in-store.

How can I check if there is stock of the product I need?

Stock availability will be displayed above the ‘Add to cart’ button on the product’s page. 

 Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Check available stock’ button to view a store near you that will have stock to shop in-store.

How do I return the product?

What do I do if the product is damaged?

  • Returns will be refunded or exchanged if unused and in its original packaging.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

  • You will be sent the correct product if returned unused and in its original packaging.
What If I want to return my product as I have changed my mind?

  • Returns are to be made within 7 days of purchase.

Can I book a product if it is not currently in stock?

This option is currently unavailable on our website.

Do all browsers work with the online store?

Yes, our website works across all browsers and all devices.

Can I order from my phone?

Yes, the website is fully mobile-friendly.

How safe is it to shop online?

Online shopping is very safe, all purchases are made through a reputable company and none of your credit card details are stored on the site.

Will I get a receipt?

You will get an email with confirmation of your order which will also stipulate all the relevant information about your order.

Do you have an app to order online?

We currently do not offer an app for purchases but our website can be used across all devices and you can shop at any time.

Can I use my loyalty points to make a purchase?

We currently do not offer a loyalty programme for online purchases but we are working on it!
